Branding a Japanese chain of restaurants with hand-scripted calligraphy and a nod to traditional Japanese motifs is just right up our alley!
Ajikoma Ramen is a locally established group of Japanese restaurants that’s been a Tasmanian favourite for years.
The owners were looking to expand their reach to different parts of Tasmania and to further highlight their homemade Japanese broth and align their brand to focus on its Japanese roots.
We gave this brand a whole look with a nod to traditional calligraphy and edo-style motifs but kicked it up a notch with fun and jumpy illustrations and icons best associated with anime & manga pop culture.
